Due to the customized of our services, it is necessary to review your artwork (embroidery digitizing or vectorization services) that includes but not limited to checking its spelling, colors, print quality, and placement. You are obligated to review all the designs and check for errors of any kind prior to the production process. The first sew-out or vectorization test should be run prior to performing the digitizing or vectorization process. Please Review with Care. Famous Embroidery shall not be responsible for any damages, inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies to the garment or vectorized file. The National Logos is also subjected to license or permission from the customers. Famous Embroidery shall not be held accountable for any misuse of any logo, vectorized and/or digitized design.

Any and/or all the information contained in this website is subjected to change from time to time, without giving you any prior notice before or after the implementation.

Payment Terms

The invoice/bill is generated when the ordered service is placed on our platform, you would have the option of making the payment forthwith or make the payment once the ordered service has been completed and delivered. Your orders will be invoiced according to the price quoted or the consented price decided prior to the billing process. Furthermore, special prices are applicable to higher volume-based orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover debit/credit cards as well as PayPal for making payments. Reproduction, redistribution, and/or selling, in part(s) or in its entirety is strictly prohibited.

Refund

If you are not satisfied with the service provided. We offer (within) 7 days money-back guarantee in most cases once we evaluate and concur with your reason to be valid.

Delivery

All orders, be which will be vectorized and digitized files, are going to be electronically delivered in these formats (Tajima DST,EMB,E2,EXP,CND,DSB,DSZ,Z??,ZSK BARUDAN,HAPPY,JEF,PES,PEC), i.e. emailed to the customer’s provided email address and cannot be physically delivered.
